A customer from DR Congo placed an order for a complete palm oil production line. After discussion on the palm oil project, our engineers design the complete palm oil plant according to the customer’s condition and requirement. The palm oil production line is our specialty. We manufactured the palm oil machines and sent them to the customer’s port in December 2022.
Palm oil is a common edible oil, it is also widely used in food processing, cosmetics, and bio-fuels.
The palm oil production line includes a variety of equipment.
The Palm cleaning equipment is used to clean palm fruits and remove impurities and dirt.
The Palm crushing equipment is used to crush the washed fruit into fine particles.
The Palm cooking equipment is to cook the broken fruit to extract palm oil.
After cooking, we use oil presses to press the cooked fruit to separate the oil and residue.
The separated oil needs to be precipitated and filtered, and then a sedimentation tank and filtering equipment are needed.
After filtration, the crude palm oil needs deacidification, deodorization, and other processes, and corresponding equipment is needed.
Finally, packaging machines and storage tanks are needed.
