Capacities 1 - 1,200 TPD. The corn oil extraction plant extracts oil from the corn germ by mechanical pressing or prepressing combined solvent extraction. We supply complete corn germ oil production lines. Whether small or large-scale corn oil production line, we tailored to optimize the oil yield, quality, and cost-efficiency. For small and medium-scale corn oil production plants, the mechanical screw oil pressing method is provided. For large-scale corn germ oil plants, the Pre-pressing & Solvent Extraction processing method is recommended.

Sunflower oil production line is mainly composed of cleaning sieve, seeds sheller, crusher, cooker and oil press for making refined sunflower seed oil.

Cottonseed oil extraction plant includes a pretreatment workshop, solvent extraction workshop, and refining workshop. Low residual oil rate.
