Oil extractor is the main equipment in the solvent extraction process. The tank extractor is a small-scale batch-type edible oil solvent extraction equipment. It has both the function of extraction and meal desolventizing, extracts oil by immersing the pre-pressed cake in solvent or miscella of various concentrations. The cake feeding, meal discharging, fresh solvent feeding, and thick miscella discharging are all completed in batch. This small edible oil solvent extraction plant is an ideal equipment for small-scale edible oil-making factories. The capacity is 3 TPD, 5 TPD, and 10 TPD.
The solvent can be separated from the miscella by evaporation and stripping to obtain crude oil. The oil-solvent mixture is heated to evaporate the solvent, which is then condensed and reused. Pure oil is collected after solvent removal. The vacuum evaporation system mainly includes the first rising film evaporator, the second rising film evaporator, and the disk stripping column. The whole evaporation and stripping section is processed under an automatic control system.
