How It Works: The Process of Palm Fruit Oil Extraction

The palm fruit oil press machine is the core of the palm oil production lines, where oil extraction occurs. A screw shaft rotates within a cylindrical chamber, exerting high pressure on the fruit pulp. Pressed oil flows through perforations into the collection chamber, while the residual fiber and kernel cake are expelled at the other end. It is designed to extract up to 95% of the oil from the fruit pulp. A heavy-duty gearbox and motor system drive the machine’s key components. 1. Palm Fruit Preparation

Palm fruits are collected and thoroughly washed to remove dirt, stones, and other foreign particles. The fruits are then steamed to loosen the oil from the pulp.

2. De-pulping and Crushing

The fresh palm fruit is then de-pulped and crushed to break down the fruit into a paste. This is an essential step in the extraction process, allowing for efficient oil release.

3. Palm Oil Pressing
